However we are more than happy to exchange your goods for another item without charging for a second delivery within 90 days from the purchase date. All additional exchanges will incur postage costs paid by you. We recommend that you send them back via registered post we will not take any responsibility for items not recieved if they are sent via non registered mail. All items being exchanged must be in their original packaging and must not have been used.
Please note there are no exchanges on sale items.
We also recommend contacting Glitter Kitten before you send back an item for exchange to ensure we have the item/s in stock that you wish to exchange for.
If you have recieved an item that has a manufacturing fault we will happily provide you with a full refund inclusive of the original shipping costs or an exchange of equal value. All shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.
